Nashville Emerging Leaders (NEL) was founded in 2002 by a cadre of motivated and passionate young professionals to create an organization dedicated to the ongoing development, advancement and interaction of emerging leaders in our community. NEL enables young leaders to learn from mentors and peers by engaging themselves in the Nashville community, exploring issues impacting our city, and collectively possessing a powerful voice to promote change.
